Dear colleagues,
We would like to present to you in detail this year's 27th FECAVA EuroCongress in conjunction with the 30th CSAVA Annual Conference held on 8–11 June 2022 at the Prague Congress Centre.
We managed to attract top speakers from Europe and America. A congress of this scale has not been held in Czechia since 2006!
We start the congress on Wednesday 8 June 2022 with popular practical workshops. In small groups you will get in close contact with the speakers and try with your own hands and head the recommended latest procedures in anesthesiology, oncology, dentistry, diagnostic imaging, chest sonography and behavioral medicine – low stress handling, the workshop designed for both – veterinarians and nurses.
Browse the following workshop schedule and choose the one you need the most. Numbers of participants are limited. WS will be conducted in English.
From Thursday 9 June to Saturday 11 June 2022 the lectures run and there are really many to choose from. The lecturers are not only world-renowned but also practicing lecturers, so you will get the latest insights from a practitioner's perspective.
It's hard to pinpoint any of the lectures, all of them are excellent. All lectures will be given in English and so there will be an opportunity to improve your professional English with the help of projected slides if you are not a native speaker.
It is not only science that makes a man alive, so take the opportunity to meet colleagues from near and far, take a walk through the picturesque Prague, have a drink, enjoy the charm of the space of the former church of St. Anna – Prague Crossroads during a social gala evening accompanied by a top band for dancing and listening.

FECAVA opens the applications for the FECAVA IVC Evidentia Student Travel Scholarship.
It's a scholarship for 10 students from around Europe who will receive free registration for the EuroCongress in Prague+ 300 EUR for traveling and accommodation.

Dear colleagues,
in the turbulent world full of uncertainties that we are currently living in, our thoughts already turn to a time when the storm is over, and the waves have calmed down. The world will surely not be the same as we knew it, but much will remain. Certainly, the desire to meet and exchange not only knowledge and experience, but also friendly greetings with others who share the demanding but exciting profession of a small animal veterinarian, will not disappear from our lives.
Where else could we want more to see the sun rise after a storm than over the ancient but definitely very lively city of Prague! Yes, the 27th FECAVA Eurocongress will take place here, together with the 30th Conference of the Czech Small Animal Veterinary Association.
We have done everything to make it an exceptional experience in all aspects. Our invitation to deliver a speech was accepted by top speakers from Europe and overseas, the congress centre offers – in addition to all the necessary comfort and facilities – also one of the most breathtaking views of the hundred-towered Mother of Cities, and social gatherings will enable you to taste the best of both the local atmosphere and food delicacies. And because fortune favours the prepared, we also assume that there will be beautiful June weather to round off our meeting.
Therefore, do not hesitate and mark the dates 8–11 June 2022 with red colour in your calendars and come to both learn new things and relax and have fun with us in Prague.
